You\u2019ve probably seen kumi taiso (human pyramids) before.
Back in the day, the goal was always \u201chow high can we stack?\u201d

AcroYoga is a little different.
It\u2019s not about competing for height \u2014 it\u2019s about connecting with your partner through movement.

Think of your body like a house.
If you neglect cleaning or maintenance, it slowly wears down.
Activities like yoga are a way to \u201cclean the house\u201d, helping you notice where to stretch and where to pay attention.

AcroYoga isn\u2019t done alone \u2014 it\u2019s a playful experience with a partner.
Rather than feeling like a workout, it feels more like a game or puzzle you solve together.
Before you know it, the time flies, and it becomes an unexpectedly joyful experience.

Caring for your own body,
and valuing the person next to you:
that\u2019s the true purpose of AcroYoga.

Classes are planned in Fukuyama, Onomichi, and Hiroshima.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
STUDIO ONOMICHI
<\/strong>
We purchased a traditional Japanese house built in 1914 and are giving it new life as a studio space on the hillside of Sangenya in Onomichi.

The building is just a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Onomichi Station, nestled among cobblestone alleys and sloping streets that are so characteristic of the city.

In addition to the main house, the property includes separate buildings such as a storehouse and an atelier, which can be used in a variety of ways.

Moving forward, we aim to create a welcoming space for AcroYoga, dance, contact improvisation, and other forms of physical expression, inviting instructors from both the local community and beyond.

Renovation work will begin this winter, with completion expected by next
